Kerry is a fully qualified counsellor with a wealth of clinical and therapeutic experience.
She is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and you can find her registration details HERE.

Kerry has worked for 20 years in a wide variety of settings within the National Health Service, the charity sector and in schools. She has supported clients as they have worked to understand, address and overcome a broad range of complex issues. These issues have included anxiety, depression, addictive behaviour, stress related difficulties, bereavement and unexpected life changes. She has also had success in addressing issues relating to anger management, difficulties within the work place, relationship problems, divorce, low self-esteem and childhood experiences.

Kerry’s instinctively open, caring nature and her emotional awareness naturally led her to counselling. Her aim is to provide professional counselling for individuals, couples and organisations. Kerry is able to work with elderly people, adults and young people. Kerry offers supervision to new and experienced practitioners and to counsellors in training.

The type of work she engages in includes face-to-face and online video counselling, couples counselling, mindfulness therapy, mediation, life coaching, group work and she works with employee assistance providers (EAP). Kerry is also able to provide an employee assistance service.

Kerry’s approach is integrative and humanistic. She has an abundance of experience with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Kerry demonstrates a tremendous enthusiasm and passion for her work.
