Cancellation Policy

When an appointment is cancelled or rearranged at short notice, the time is rarely able to be filled. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or an appointment is missed, the full session fee will be charged. When 48 hours’ notice is provided, a full refund will be issued within 12 hours.

Please note: From 1 January 2026, session fees will be £58 for individual appointments and £68 for couples. This update brings them in line with current professional rates.
